About Me
I have been a clinical therapist for about 10 years. I have worked hard to find and perfect the tools that create the greatest, most permanent change in the least amount of time. BWRT is the most recent and possibly the most powerful modality I've added to my toolbox. I started using it in Jan 2018. I'm particularly interested in ways of changing a person's baseline neurological patterns, making changes easier and less complicated. As such, I also use EMDR, neurofeedback, some hypnosis, and still utilize time-tested tools of cognitive therapy for coaching and personal long-term change, inoculating my clients from needing for further professional help in the future.
