So what’s up? I ask because you are here looking for a therapist and so you, or someone you know probably needs some help? My name is Zoe and I have been a therapist for 17 years. I have a great deal of experience in helping people learn how to overcome their challenges and create a happy and fulfilling future. BWRT is an excellent tool for help with fears and phobias, all the way through to depression and anxiety, but BWRT isn’t the only ‘trick’ up my sleeve as I like to use a range of techniques in my truly client focused practice.
