I use BWRT to help people make wonderfully positive, and often very rapid, changes in their lives. My sessions are warm and welcoming and offer you a safe space to discuss how you are feeling and the changes you want to make.
Since overcoming anxiety myself in my early 20's I was determined to help other people overcome fears, phobias and doubts that were stopping them from living happy and fulfilled lives.
After completing my degree in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience at Nottingham University and graduating with a first class honours degree I went on to pursue a research degree at Durham University looking at the effect of stress and depression on mothers and their premature infants.
