I'm Vanessa and I'm a holistic Practitioner. My mission is to bring balance and harmony back into women's lives by releasing trapped emotions and limiting beliefs, so they can regain their health, find their vitality, and feel happy and alive again.

I believe we each have the capacity to live our lives with a full heart, free from stress, fear, anxiety, anger or depression. I value connection and support each of my clients in their journey in a beautiful space where they are loved, supported and nurtured, heard and understood.

Appointments are tailored specifically to the needs of each client, offering targeted solutions for healing the body, mind and spirit, using modalities that include Kinesiology, BWRT, Coaching, Hypnosis and Creatrix®

I specialize in treating women who are feeling overwhelmed and stressed, who have lost their self-confidence, self-worth and passion for what they used to love in life. I work on the underlying reasons and stressors behind the symptoms in their life including physical conditions such as chronic exhaustion, anger, digestive complaints, fatigue, anxiety, grief, fears, unhealthy habits, and physical pain to name a few.

My focus is on the bigger picture, the outcome, or the goal my client is trying to achieve. I have a very systemized structured approach that eliminates the reasons clients are not getting to the place they are wanting, bringing about freedom so they can laugh again.
