About Me

I have been helping clients with well-being issues for nearly 14 years now. As well as BWRT, I have a background in working somatically thru the body and the nervous system to support clients recovery.
I am originally trained as a physicist, with a PhD in Medical Physics and I bring that background and understanding to clients issues and how to resolve them successfully.

Specialisms

I am passionate about the workings of the brain and the way that it creates automatic fears that limit ourselves. I have spent the last decade studying this, via psycho-neurobiology and how it forms the predictive mind - the way our brain creates our experience via predictions it is continually making. These predictions also apply to our self worth, self belief, self confidence. Its at the root of self criticism, judgements, people pleasing and perfectionism. I specialise in supporting people to clear the programming that creates these issues of low self worth and self sabotage, so they are free to be the best versions of themselves.
