About Me

I am a certified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. In 2014 I became fascinated by the neuroscience of trauma, how adverse childhood experiences changes the landscape of the brain, which increases the risks for mental/physical illness later in life. BWRT has revolutionised my practice, as it uses neuroplasticity, the ability we all have to change, in my experience achieves a rapid and more permanent result for the client.
