Hi I'm Sally, I'm an Integrative Therapist, Coach and Counsellor, dedicated to supporting individuals and groups overcome chronic health issues, emotional and psychological issues, academic and performance issues.
With extensive experience in the fields of health and education, I work with adults, teens and children to de-stress your mind, nourish and re-mineralise your body, learn and perform with ease, and restore wellness naturally and holistically from the inside out.

As an integrative therapist I use BWRT® in combination with a number of therapies in supporting clients to release acute and chronic stress in the form of anger, fear, childhood conditioning, grief, physical/emotional/sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, compulsive habits, addictions and behaviours, bullying, motivation, confidence and self-esteem, academic and career performance, and increasing a sense of ease, joy and wellbeing.

My sessions are uplifting, empowering, holistic, client-centred, supportive and judgement free.
