I know how difficult it seems to change.. how challenging it seems to maintain a new perspective.. and how frustrating it seems to keep finding yourself in the same situations over and over.. maybe even sabotaging your own progress.. If there's one thing that all my years in this wonderful field of changework has shown me is that, at the heart of any client issue, what's really at stake is what I refer to as "quality of life." The issue is the problem to be solved.. and yet, the issue also sits inside a larger context that relates to "why" a client would search so diligently for a solution.
