About Me

I have been using BWRT since its inception back in 2014. I run a very busy practice which is based in Bishop's Stortford Hertfordshire. Location is not a problem however as I can, and do, work with clients all over the world and other parts of the UK via Face time, Skype and Zoom. I work with many issues, too numerous to list them all but including; anxiety, depression, lack of confidence, low self esteem, addictions, PTSD, smoking also fears and phobias. If I've not mentioned your issue please contact me as I may be able to help, I also offer an hour as an initial consultation which is free of charge to discuss what's going on for you and how I may help. I am Level 1 and Level 2 trained and currently conducting research for my Level 3.

Stress, anxiety and depression, for example, can present themselves in many different disguises, and the diverse range of symptoms that can be individually experienced because of these main issues can seem endless and psychologically incredibly painful. I have used BWRT with many clients to help them turn their lives around, and to start living the life they want to live. I also work with teenagers as well as adults, helping them to hopefully achieve the best start in life they can.
