Before I discovered my passion for BWRT my journey led me through various fields like body work, Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching. In 2015 I embraced BWRT and ever since, I have been dedicated to regularly updating my skills.
I am committed to helping clients reach their full potential and work with each person with individuality and care. I provide a safe, non- judgmental space where you can feel comfortable opening up.
I work with a wide variety of issues including Depression, Anxiety, Self Esteem, Confidence, Weight Management,Smoking Cessation, OCD, Procrastination, Goal achievements and Relationships.

My services include BWRT level 1 and level 2. Deep Mind Protocol. Defusing Depression.

Sessions are available via Skype and Face to Face.
I offer a free, no obligation initial 30 minute consultation over the telephone or via Skype where we can discuss your needs further.
Carrying Full Indemnity Insurance. I am also a member of APHP(Association for professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapists)I am bound by strict ethics and codes of conduct.
