About Me

My name is Kim Barden at Kim Barden Therapies. I am an experienced BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® Practitioner (MIBWRT(Adv)®), Psychotherapist, Coach, Hypnotherapist and APHP Supervisor. I specialise in working with clients to help relieve anxiety, depression, phobias, and trauma (PTSD) and working holistically with mind, body and spirit. I have helped numerous clients to make a positive long-lasting change using a combination of BWRT/Warrior Settler Nomad (WSN)coaching. Using a variety of therapies, I often observe great progress after just two to three sessions, depending on the person and the circumstance. My private practice is in the beautiful town of Guildford, Surrey. (I also provide online sessions for people further afield).
