About Me

Ex HM forces before joining Cumbria Constabulary and served until injured on duty 1997 resulting in permenant disability. My experience of the emotional impact such change can cause I resolved to help others to overcome emotional difficulties. Trained in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy followed by other professional skills including BWRT. I am senior BWRT mentor/examiner and a trainer of other therapeutic methods.
