About Me
I
I have worked in wellbeing since 2009, I began as a personal trainer and fitness instructor and soon became aware just how much mindsets varied and either held people back or took them to new achievements. The ups and downs of life have a big impact on people and can often lead us to act in ways that do not help us achieve all we want, yet we cannot seem to stop ourselves. I really wanted to help people beyond their physical wellbeing. The mind and body connection is so strong it was a natural progression for me to then study and practice Hypnotherapy, NLP and BWRT.

Weight Loss has been my main area but it covers so many triggers such as low self esteem, mild depression, anxiety, fear, addiction, grief, boredom, bad habits, unhappy relationships, stress and more. All of these areas and more can be dealt with irrespective of weight loss or not.
Life is challenging enough do not "put up" with the way things are, it can be better, you can move on and we can work through it together.
