About Me

I help my clients feel more confident in all areas of their lives. Over half of my clients are men, lack of confidence is not just a problem for women.
I have been coaching for more than 10 years and, wanting to be able to go deeper, 3 years ago I became a therapist too. I have completed the following courses: Level 2 Psychology of Identity and Behaviour,BWRT Coaching and Warriors, Settlers and Nomads Level 3.
