About Me


I'm an Advanced BWRT Practitioner, as well as a clinical hypnotherapist, and specialise in helping people overcome depression, as well as anxiety, trauma and grief and many other issues. I've helped dozens of people out of depression in just a few short weeks, using the highly effective BWRT Defusing Depression Programme, followed by a few sessions finding a new life focus and building on strengths, confidence and self esteem.
