About Me

Helen started training with Terence Watts at the end of 2016 and gained her level 1 BWRT in January 2017, going on to qualify in level 2 BWRT in Jan 2019 and then gaining level 3 BWRT in Oct 2019. Her practice is continuing to grow and works from a small town called Penrith in Cumbria, very close to the Lake District.
Online work is also possible working via Zoom online.

Helen works a lot with anxiety and anxiety based problems, fears and phobias like flying, claustrophobia, emetophoia.
She is also working with level 3 BWRT to help autoimmune disorders, her background in radiography helps her knowledge of the body and its systems. This is a real interest for Helen and is actively growing this side of her business.

The way the brain and body work interest her and her work with BWRT level 3 has really given her a buzz to help more people suffering with autoimmune disorders.
