Hannah Anstee is a qualified women's Midlife Coach & BWRT Practitioner.
Using her straight-talking but compassionate approach Hannah helps women move through transitions with ease. She helps them find out who they really are, love what they find, and achieve the holy grail - life balance. She helps them to prioritise and invest in themselves so they feel confident, happy and proud of who they are.
Hannah is also an NLP Practitioner and Meditation Facilitator and she also brings these modalitoes into her work.
