I started therapy five months ago & now it's like I have started my life again. I was having problems with sleeping, night terrors, social anxiety & general self confidence. Five months later I am now sleeping properly no longer wake in the middle of the night in a panic & can actually eat a meal in a public restaurant (even finishing other people's food). Friends & family have noticed a massive difference in the way I am now and I genuinely couldn't be happier with how I currently feel.Although it may seem impossible to think that talking therapy will be able to change your life, I believe it has the ability to fix even the toughest cases of anxiety & depression.
