About Me

I have a particular interest in techniques that help release blocks to learning and creativity; enabling clients who feel "stuck" in their lives to find their "flow" and gain a clearer insight into their identity and personality.
I offer an LGBTQI+ affirming approach. All adults regardless of age, race, religion, sexuality, gender identity or life experience are welcomed with respect and acceptance.
Clients who cannot use stairs can be accommodated with prior notice.

I work with clients on a variety of issues face to face or via Skype. Through Skype I can offer more appointments outside of "office hours" and across Britain and Ireland.
BWRT® is a fantastic, gentle yet powerful and dynamic therapy that I use to help clients release, resolve & recover from anger, phobias, sexual, emotional & physical abuse, anxiety, unusual fears, depression, compulsive behaviours and habits - such as eating, drinking, nail biting, and to help increase confidence and sense of ease in social, sexual, relationship and work related areas.
