About Me


I am a fully qualified practitioner and I have been in practice for more than 20 years. I have trained with the British Hypnosis Research and used mainly hypnotherapy until I discovered BWRT. I am a Level 2 practitioner and BWRT is now my first choice of therapy for anxiety based issues and complex issues.


Specialisms


I help people release anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, panic attacks, stress, fears and phobias, self-esteem, OCD and more. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to move forward and leave their fears and struggles behind.
I offer face to face, Zoom or Skype sessions and work in English and in French.

When I became ill with cancer I approached Françoise to help me with my fears and emotions as I am sure physical illness has roots in emotional imbalance of a person.
