I have been a therapist since 2014, and I love learning, growing, and expanding my skills. I love what I do, and I am excited to learn different approaches to help my clients, particularly neuroscience techniques.
When I am not supporting individuals or couples in their growth, I am also a wife, mother and personal development junkie obsessed with learning new evidence-based techniques to help untread the deep rooted patterns that clients bring into the therapy space.

I work with individuals and couples to increase harmony in their lives. Overwhelm, stress, lack of direction, or vision, lack of strong positive belief about themselves or some area of life. Self-esteem, Addiction, Anxiety and mild depression.
Trauma Feeling of guilt, shame, inadequacy and sexuality
In couples work, I support them through betrayal, infidelity, sexual disfunction, loss of desire and grief, but mostly I help them repair.
