About Me

Dawn began training with Terence Watts, the founder of BWRT, and qualified in 2017, and quickly continued into Level 2 for Core Identities and Behavioural Issues. Dawn originally trained as a specialised Integrated Therapist in 1993, supported cancer patients and visitors struggling with complex anxieties and clinical issues within a large Manchester cancer NHS hospital.
Dawn divides her time working from her private clinic, based in Haydock, and a local Private Medical Health Care Practice based around Merseyside, which has easy access via the NW motorway links. Dawn continues to work in a multi-disciplined Palliative care team supporting end of life patients, and offers both clinic based and online appointments.

Specialisms

Dawn uses a range of personal-cantered solution approaches, specialising in addressing long standing anxieties, fears, self-esteem, pain and mood disorders including compulsive or addictive habits and behaviours. Together with her clients, Dawn helps and guides them find the right solutions and recovery pathway that suits their needs and abilities.
Dawn recognises after her own traumatic events, that to recover and respond differently, people must be able to identify and learn how they respond within their own mind and body and BWRT has really given Dawn a passion to continue in training and helping people with BWRT modern therapy approaches.
