As a level 1 BWRT practitioner. I work online using Zoom, Facetime,Skype. I work with you to help you manage emotional, behavioral and symptomatic issues, which might be causing a problem in your life. For most people no more than two or three regular sessions, removes the unhelpful emotion, and replaces it with a preferred response. helps to take back control of our lives and allow us to manage challenges and difficulties in a resourceful way. The aim of my approach to therapy is Humanistic. Based on the principle that we are all fallible. We all have implicit self-worth. And self acceptance, environmental acceptance, equals acceptance of others.

I had two sessions of BWRT with Danny to help with ongoing panic attacks and crippling anxiety. I have to say I was sceptical as to how effectively and quickly a therapy could work. However, since the therapy I have not had one panic attack and my anxiety is fleeting and totally manageable. I am now able to start living again without the constant anxiety taking over my life.
