About Me
I spent two years studying psychology at Glasgow University as part of my BSc Hons degree. I was fascinated by the biological, physiological and psychological aspects of our brain, and what motivates and inspires us to become the people we are.
When I first heard about BWRT, the concept really resonated with me and I simply had to find out more. I feel that the BWRT technique is such an effective way of getting to the root of an issue; through the recursive loops we are able to dig ‘the root' out and replace it with a response of our choice. By connecting through Zoom, BWRT enables us to break free of emotional chains and have life enhancing experiences from the comfort and safety of our home.
