Anahi Brown (BSc, AADP, HHC, IAHC) is a Certified Coach, Published Author, Award- Winning Speaker and Consultant with over 14 years of experience, running her own Coaching, Consulting and Mentoring Practice. She focuses on supporting people to live meaningful, fulfilling and empowered through her one-to-one and group online and face-to-face practice, using her Holistic Nourishment focus as well as the Human Existentialist Approach to Relational Therapy (HEART) theory, and the powerful and life-changing BrainWork Recursive Therapy (BWRT).
