About Me


As a transformational coach I help individuals change their lives by increasing the resources available to them, neutralising hurdles, and working to reprogram their minds installing new behaviours to replace unwanted behaviours and dealing with intense emotions. Experience of working with a variety of different clients has demonstrated that the most effective and fastest way to achieve this is by using BWRT and WSN (Warriors, Settlers and Nomads). BWRT is absolutely amazing not only is it the quickest therapy I have experienced but the results last! (and I say that as a practicing therapist and client of BWRT!).

I am also qualified to work with children and have used BWRT very effectively with my own children!
