Making changes in life is all about taking yourself to the edge. We can find every excuse not to go to the edge by being 'comfortable back here' or 'too busy', the edge may look too high, maybe we are afraid we might fall. But when you come to the edge, often all it needs is a little push and you can fly.
I am committed to working with you in an approachable, caring, respectful and honest way. My approach is to be as flexible as possible in responding to your needs. I treat everybody as a unique individual. I have 13 years of experience in helping people with deal with emotion issues and shedding unhealthy and unwanted habits.
