About Me

Hello my name is Alesha Keen, I am a Level 2 BWRT® Accredited Member and highly experienced therapist and coach. It is important to me to provide a compassionate and non-judgemental approach to my transformational Therapies & Coaching. I offer a discreet and confidential environment in which privacy is always assured and you are free to discuss your issue however minor or worrying. BWRT® has become a therapy I enjoy working with due to its fast and effective permanent results. I have been in private practice since 1998 working with a broad spectrum of people having trained in numerous therapeutic and coaching models that focuses on you achieving your desired results.

I specialise in freeing the mind from emotional and psychological difficulties and distress, restrictions, self-limiting barriers, and suffering in the fastest and most effective ways. I am passionate about enabling you to gain greater freedom to be yourself again in the most authentic way possible or just to simply enjoy your life exactly how you want to be. I have extensive experience with negative self image issues, anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship issues both personal and professional, childhood traumas, self-confidence, self-esteem, fears, phobias, self-identity issues and attaining your personal and professional goals.
