My work focuses on transforming these patterns at the level where they operate - not just understanding them, but changing how they are experienced.

I am a psychologist and accredited BWRT® Level 3 practitioner, trained by Terence Watts.

I work online with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, phobias, stress-related difficulties, and persistent emotional and behavioral patterns.
