I have been a therapist since 2004 and practise at four locations in London as well as online via Zoom.
Since 2016 I’ve been offering BWRT with some excellent results. I work with issues such as anxiety, fears/phobias, anger, depression, procrastination, habits, stopping smoking, binge eating and drinking. I love helping people to make a change in their lives, to overcome limitations and fulfill their potential. I’ve found with BWRT we can make the change more quickly and reliably.
