I've been in practice as a hypnotherapist since 2012 and qualified as a BWRT practitioner to advanced level in 2016. BWRT has completely transformed the way that I work and I'm now able to address far more complex issues much more effectively and rapidly than previously. I specialise in working with people who suffer from anxiety and all related issues. I have a background in other therapies going back to 1995, including working as an Occupational Therapist for the NHS. I understand that asking for help is not always easy so you can be assured of a kind, caring and emphathic approach. My practice location is in Buckfastleigh, within easy access of both Plymouth and Exeter, just a few minutes off the A38. I also work on-line via Zoom.
